Delete account and data

How to delete your account

• Sign in to the application.
• Open “My account” or “Account settings”.
• Open “Privacy and security”.
• Select “Delete my account and data”.
• Confirm the action to complete the request.

Data included

• Account information such as email, username and associated credentials.
• Saved conversations, documents and settings.
• Associated usage history, except data retained for legal or security duties.

Timing and retention

If you cannot access the app

Email support@lifebot.io from the address associated with the account and request deletion. The team will verify identity before processing the request.
