Application terms of use

1. Acceptance and access

By using the application, you accept these terms and its privacy policy. You must have sufficient legal capacity or the consent required in your jurisdiction. If acting for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised.

2. Service description

LifeBot AI lets users create and use AI assistants, analyse text and documents, search for information, generate content and access other productivity features. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. AI and image content

• Content is generated automatically and may contain errors, bias or unexpected results.
• Image prompts may be processed by OpenAI under its terms and policy.
• Automated moderation may apply but cannot guarantee complete detection.
• Illegal, abusive or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
• Users must review content before relying on it for important decisions.

4. Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and reporting unauthorised access. LifeBot AI may restrict accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the service.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features, prices, renewals and cancellations are shown in the app or relevant store. Subscriptions may renew until cancelled. Withdrawal and refund rights apply under the law and store terms.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design and proprietary content belong to their owners. You retain rights in content you provide and permit the processing required to deliver requested features.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not distribute illegal or abusive content or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, exploitation or dangerous activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Do not circumvent limits, security controls or moderation.

8. Privacy

Data processing is described in the application-specific privacy policy.

9. Availability and liability

The service is not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, LifeBot AI is not liable for indirect loss caused by misuse or unreviewed reliance on automated content. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Termination and changes

You may stop using the app and request account deletion. LifeBot AI may change features or terms where necessary and will communicate material changes using available channels.

11. Apple users

• The agreement is with the service owner, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the app, maintenance or support.
• The licence is limited to use allowed by App Store rules.
• Apple and its affiliates may be third-party beneficiaries where platform terms require.
