Policy specific to the LifeBot AI mobile application. It does not cover the corporate website contact form or analytics.

1. Information we collect

- Payment information where a premium subscription exists.
- Device, usage, log and diagnostic data for security, performance and improvement.
1.1 Camera and images
- The app may request camera access for profile photos, agent personalisation or conversation images, including document scans.
- Depending on configuration, images may be stored locally or on servers to provide the requested feature.
- Permission can be withdrawn in device settings, which may limit features.
2. How information is used
- Provide, improve and personalise the service.
- Process transactions and manage accounts.
- Communicate updates and promotions where a legal basis exists.
- Maintain security and comply with legal duties.
3. Data security

5. AI-generated content
The app uses AI models for answers, summaries, document analysis, suggestions and images. Automated content can include errors or bias and must not be treated as professional advice or the sole source for important decisions.
Users can report content they consider inappropriate, incorrect or misleading.
6. Image generation
- Prompts may be sent to OpenAI under that provider’s terms.
- Automated moderation may apply but cannot guarantee complete detection.
- Illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
- The previous policy states that prompts and images are not permanently stored unless the user chooses to save them.
- Automated content may be inaccurate and is used at the user’s discretion.
